Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, unwashed condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our vault team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
